By accessing or using Slync ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Slync is a meeting scheduling tool that helps groups find mutually available times by integrating with Google Calendar. The Service allows users to:

• Create meeting requests and share a scheduling link with participants.
• Connect their Google Calendar to automatically check availability.
• Automatically find and confirm mutually available meeting times.
• Receive and send meeting requests from/to other Slync users.

2. Account Registration

To use Slync, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.

3. Google Calendar Access

By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize Slync to:

• Read your calendar availability (free/busy information) to facilitate scheduling.
• Create calendar events on your behalf when meetings are confirmed by all participants.

You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access will prevent the Service from functioning as intended.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited meeting requests (spam).
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Slync and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
