2. Google User Data and Limited Use

Slync uses Google APIs to connect to your Google Calendar. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use your Google Calendar data only to:

• Read your calendar availability to prevent scheduling conflicts.
• Create calendar events on your behalf when a meeting is confirmed by all participants.

We do not use your Google Calendar data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose beyond providing the scheduling service described above.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the scheduling service.
• To coordinate meeting availability between participants.
• To send email notifications about meeting invitations, confirmations, and updates.
• To improve the service and fix technical issues.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., email delivery providers) or as required by law. Meeting participant information (name, email) is shared only with the other participants of a specific meeting.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Google Calendar access tokens are stored securely and used only for the purposes described in this policy.
